savepoint, much like identity failure, was another piece created and finished in-between COVID and lockdown. The height of the pandemic, alongside America in general at the time, was very much a time of uncertainty. As I asked myself "what is it that I could really use right now", savepoint was developed to become that answer; by connecting your phone to the piece, you're able to "save" your progress, and choose from a list where it is you'd like to respawn and what ending you're aiming for. The piece then reacts to your choice- a selection of animations and color palettes will correspond to your selection and continue to loop until you save more data, or someone else decides to.
